Call 112.
They will assess the situation and send a helicopter if needed. 112 is the general emergency number for health, accidents, and other situations of risk. The operator will put you through to the police, fire brigade or ambulance service. It's available 24 hours a day and is staffed by people who speak English, German, and Spanish.
